Management Team & Responsibilities

Kiritsinh Parmar, President: With a MS Degree in Precision Engineering, a background in Computer Science, Programming and IT Management and a vast knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical design, Kirit has also gained certifications in Dental Radiology and Evaluations of TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) disorder using K7 analysis.

Kirit is responsible for duties such as business development, expansion, including acquiring real estate, leases and construction, record management, and quality assurance. He assists in production, maintenance and personnel training.

With experience and qualifications in Precision Engineering, Kirit has successfully managed startup businesses from inception to full production. He has strong expertise in product and project management, quality control, and general management.




Mark Pavlosky, Ph.D., Vice-President: Mark is responsible for the day to day operations of Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. He performs duties such as interacting with Dunkin Brands, purchasing, and some personnel management including scheduling, training, and hiring.

With a doctorate degree in Chemistry, Mark has undergone rigorous training in thinking through difficult problems. Mark has been a Marketing Programs and Product Manager for a new product line that captured 25% market share in its first year. Additionally, Mark has significant experience in training with varying knowledge.
